When I find a game I like more or get hacked. ATM I spend 248 silk every 4 weeks and I hate the gold bots(and players that buy gold and support them) The player bots are just cheats, the paid bots are to lazy or can't understand fair play in my view. I'm legit hand grinded not even near LV80 (14 months of play LV72). It not a race for me to be the best (item, level, job, PVP wise) I enjoy the game (mostly) for what it is. To be true I wish it was P2P because then most of the bots (and free loaders) would be gone. Joymax would also have to offer a better service to paying customers.

First of all, Im not the only one who didnt buy silk. U think that all players in this game is 18+ years old and have CC?
You don't need a credit card or 18+ to buy silk. My friend 14 year old is able to buy silk with out a credit card.

Second, person like u will have a lot of enemies. Dont think because u send a buck of money that u become a king that everyone has to respect u, dont act yourself too high.
I can understand both side here, manners cost nothing but can be worn thin over time. As paying customers we get extra's (from the mail) but also support the cost of running the game. With out us the simple fact silk road could not run unless it was financed via its parent company e.g yahoo or other means etc.

Third, it's the first time I heard "buy silk" and "opinion" go together. Are u working for JM or what?
I can't comment on DarkJackal vocation but buying silk or not is a choice. Just like playing along side the bots, scammers, spammers and other issue's that may effect players in iSRO.

Basically the end result is...if you have the money IRL and think the game is worth it then buy silk. If you don't wanna spend your money on this game because you think joymax is a P.O.S. then don't do it. It's that simple.
*It's your money, do what you want with it.*

alright joymax is korean well koreans dont have good customer support because well its the korean way lol (not racist). notice how isro and ksro have tons of bots and gold buyers unlike csro jsro? so really joymax wont do anything because its there way of running a business. back at 60 cap did they have customer support (i didnt see any maybe gms on now and then but thats differnt)? how about when it first came out did it have customer i dont think so. so calling joymax gaymax is pointless joymax is running there buissness how all koreans run theres. besides alot of asian online games try and block westerners. i think you can know of a main reason just look at these forums (no offence just making a statement) flame after flame immaturity. then china they just dont want other people influencing there people but think of it this way why cant we get into ksro without a proxy or hacking an account hmmm? well guess what if you heard of pw (perfect world) western people were blocked till a company came up and said they wouldn't block anyone. well we wouldn't have sro if it wern't for joymax i mean yes theres csro but yet if a huge flock of westerners went to it they would block us too. so should you be complaing how joymax sucks or should you atlest thx joymax for a fun game even tho its ran in a korean bussnis *waits for flames* lol there you go guys im done

uhmm prob till i get really bored of the game and just quit $30 bucks is not that much for me. but unless you dont have a job youll prob have some hard time buying silk.
Next question: Are u expecting JM to do smt to resolve the bots problem? Basing on what u think they'll take a move?
The majority of this game bots. The majority of this game buys gold. This keeps the botters active, happy and buying silk.
Joymax as a company wants to satisfy the demands of its majority of customers. The majority bot and want to keep botting, thus joymax will follow out the wishes of the majority

When I stop playing the game..Yes I agree JM customer service sucks and they take ISRO players for granted but I buy silk cus it makes SRO more enjoyable for me and I doubt not buying silk wud do anything much to JM's pockets.

Kinda always wondered why people who don’t buy silk in the first place ask these questions.

I quit buying and more or less playing since november. And continuing to play and buy is foolish. Joymax needs money to keep the game running ok fine. But where is the fiscal sense in the way they are running it currently. Joymax opens a server server gets packed with gold bots and a few player bots so they open a new server. Repeat. Now at what point does it make business sense to support multiple servers and their related hardware software and bandwidth to house mostly gold bots with a few player bots? Perhaps Joymax has this figured out so that the number of gold bots on the server leaves just enough room for silk buying player bots to break even on server costs. Anyone with business sense will tell you that having more paying members per server will bring them more profit etc. Regardless anyone with business sense will tell you it is a bad business plan and that if this is their main source of income it will not last long. Especially if they keep adding new servers to support all the bot traffic. At some point they will exceed the break even and SRO will die. We have to be getting close to the breakeven after 3 years if not past it. SRO is on borrowed time either way. Pay or not it is all a waste to spend time there.
