nah i don't get offended, but when i call someone as one, the person would get offended right away. Well this mostly happen in games like WCIII. It's funny to piss people off adn see how they react with the most absurd insults.

Whenever I global something against botters, one or two of them is bound to look me up on Rev6 and then PM me "noob lvl 37 noob you weak noob know nothing noob". I suppose if my panties were all wound in a bunch about being capped, it would bother me. As it is, I'm having lots of fun so meh.

I even have a creative nickname for my guild leader (quoted poster). Nogenoob

Every time I kill someone I'm accused for being a noob, I shrug n wonder if i'm a noob what would that make u  ...yeah and i'm usually accused for being weak and a "safezone noob" when its me vs 10 hunters and i manage to go outside, take 1 down n rush to the safe zone without dying

I often get called noob as a joke. And if I do, I really don't care, because it's either someone 20 levels ahead of me randomly killing at gate, or someone that got killed by my AoE.

I personally could not care less. They are usually people who fail or just lost in pvp. Anyways anyone using the term noob in a demeaning manner needs to get out more. Not much of a put down really.
I can understand it as a joke when you call someone a nub but when you use it seriously, I can no longer take the person seriously.
