Islam gets Baghdad as their noob city. Tehran was changed to Samarkand at the last minute. Hotan is obviously a city influenced by Muslim hands.

And the FW guards there are also arabic.
Same with the NPC's.

I wonder when the expansion will continue south, towards India.
Islam-> Chi'in Tomb -> Gollyn Mountains-> Himalayas -> Cheonchukguk.
Btw, the last one... isn't there a tier of protector or something named that?

North to South is Fantasy, East to West is reality. Notice that Fantasy and Reality meet at Hotan making it the center of the silkroad.

It goes:

Taklamakan ~> Hotan ~> Fire Mountain ~> Heaven~ > Buddha World ~> India, from north to south. If you go straight down and ignore roads.

East to West:

Jangan ~> DW ~> Hotan ~> Samarkand ~> Baghdad ~> Constantinople.

If they open those areas up. Think about it. KSRO has 2 more degrees left, and at cap of either 120 or 150. Its its 120 then i don't think we'll need 4 new areas just to get 20 more lvls. If the cap is 150 then those areas seem more necessary but with only 2 degrees left you'll end up changing degrees every 25 lvls, thats not going to be fun. I dunno this whole thng seems up in the air, very unplanned, and very unpredictable to me if they want to keep ppl interested, otherwise they'll just keep up with the grind fest, 5 months to go from 149->150 ftw right?

Not enough evidence to prove it but I believe certain Chinese skills go beyond 120. Some Chinese skills have already stopped; FireFly/Combustion series. Also the game points at the cap being 140, now some people say that 150 is the cap because of a caption in the help menu. Thing is this caption is misleading. It says you'll have enough to max two masteries, well right now @90 we only have enough to max 2 masteries to 90. The same goes for 80,100, and 110+. The final cap afaik is 140. Now if gear truly stops at 120 (which I suspect), then you have 20 levels to go. Why grind those extra 20 levels? thats all well and good but my point was if they only have 20 lvls left and 4 areas to open thats ALOT of work just for areas that will contain mobs 100-105, 105-110, 110-115, and 115-120. 5 different mobs per the entire area....that just doesn't make sense. thats if we're going on a 120 cap, a 140 cap seems more reasonable but 10 mobs per new area, still not alot of variety.

That cant be right.
I though kSRO had it easier to level than we had. (Their Itemmall costs are also brutally cheap!)

Gear/skills ends at 120, because they didn't make anything beyond that. They didn't plan any new names beyond that. I mean c'mon.. why would you grind 20 levels for nothing, but a level? Doesn't make any sense.

Skills ended at 70, but did the Devs stop there? No, they created up to 90 during the 90cap of ksro and then once 100 came around they finished 120.

I suspect skills to go beyond 120 because of the nature of Europeans skills, as for gear; we have known for quite some time now, that Degrees only go as high as 12. Now, following patterns you see this:

  • 90:9th degree
  • 100:10th degree
  • 110:11th degree
  • 120:12th degree

Having the final Unique at level 150, with the cap/skills at 140, and gear ending at 120 makes for a very, very interesting game. More Party, less solo.

since chinese was the first playable race, it's natural to follow up wit the magic number 12. european will follow 12 constellations. islam will follow 12 of something.

i personaly think there will be 15 degrees but if there are only 12 then i assume there will be several tiers of 12D gear that will end at lvl 140 or 150 (whatever the final cap is)
