You should compare the 9D prices in iSRO with the 10D prices in cSRO..
And most decent 10D stuff are lower than 20mill, only weapons go up a bit more

I don't think so...the stats go up every 2 degrees. 7Th and 8Th both have the same amount of possible 100% blues added. 9 and 10 shuold be the same...?

Look at that chest then; parry is 60% and the hp is 850.

7D - 250hp
8D - 400hp
Maybe a little mistake? :)
As I see 3str/int(40%) , this means that max is 6 str/int...
