under bow skills--> there is a skill called sky
and
under heuksal -->there is a skill called counter

no description for either though...

yes, indeed sir, then one of the bowers pulls out a bazooka and shoots the target in the sky, while the target is still being knocked up.

No.
100 is the highest cap on any version so far. kSRO might get 110 cap soon though... to keep their players (speculation).

bad news, a 7 arrows combo is commin for the next caps. but it might share the cooldown, or the stupid one would be joymax giving bowers 18 arrows in a row to kb.
