Uhm.. .02% doesn't make a huge change at all. I don't see what you're complaining about. Sales only decreased, because they've been putting out stupid items. Along with people realize that spending $50 on a sun < $50 for something in real life?

I think I have better chance of getting the Sun as a drop than getting it from Magic Pop.
If a doctor tell me that my operation has 10% chance of success, i don't think i will make it.
But i might still give it a shot.
If he tells me 5% i might not even take the operation.
If he tells me 0.1% i will whack him in the face.

if a doctor told me any of the these rates of success i would go find a qualified doctor

like 4% I think...if you do 1%+1%+1%+1% as your stats...but im not sure
