In pvp, glaviers are fun (fair battle till higher lvls), s/s nukers are hard, hyb spear are easy if you hit first, bladers same lvl is pot war, higher lvl will you, and...havent pvped much archers O.o

With no GT just 2-3 hours a day, you can get level 40 in about 1.5-2 months max

Work on your alchemy now. Go to Caves, its much faster lvling, SP is awsome at nachals. Even with bots there, still awsome.
My Pure INT had more HP, get some STR and HP on your gears or you'll die in the caves, maybe...
