Was it just me or did I see him having Warlock skills / Cleric skills AND that Warrior skill - shield bash?

and how is it possible if so to have 3 masteries? ???

Well, you get 2 masteries for each level in euro. Say he is level 60 something, he would then have 120 available masteries. If he has 60 masteries in warlock, then he has another 60 available masteries for another subclass. Shield bash requires 10 warrior masteries, so he could have 50 mastery points for cleric skills.

Warlock 's stun and slumber are very nice. They can pretty much disable the enemy forever.

The problem with warlock though is their 37% per second "nuke". A wizard can throw out 366% or more dmg almost instantly, instead of having to wait for 10 seconds until the damage builds up.

I come to an educated guess that warlocks are much better off being full strength, sub-ing a warrior or rogue class. For example, a Warlock/Warrior 2 handed sword can stun+slumber+knock down+Shadow Armor+Vampiric Touch+Damage Reflect, which seems much more direct and easy to use. It seems warlock 's advantage is in their stun and slumber, not their actual damage from being full int.

Can any high level Warlocks give their opinion on whatever warlocks should be full int or full str?

This is like saying Clerics and Bards are better off pure strength. There may be some truth in this unless you consider they can't solo as Clerics or Bards, or pvp (of course no bard pvps as a bard).

Might as well call it a warrior with Raze, since in the end that is the only skill line worth messing with if you go pure strength.

i have always thought warlocks were under rated, for party grinding they are great to have around, for pvp capes they are annoying, but the difference between a cape fight and real pvp is they dont' keep getting back up, i'd rather be able to 1 or 2 shot them by the time i get stuned, though I telll you that stun and sleep are damned annoying, warlocks are cool but a robed cleric are half immune, a warrior will charge you, a wizzard will try to nuke you (i've died to warlocks i'll amdit, if I get stuned not much else i can do), though in an actual job situation I'd rather have the speed and decisivness of the wizzard.
Wizard would die in 1hit from a 2hs and and 1-2 from 1hs and axes, being a 2hs myself warlocks are the only ones that scare me in pvp.

if you can hit me, i don't give you the oppurtunity of time, knowing i'll die if i do, my build is live fast and die fast, so i choose to live fast, what scares me are rogues, warriors don't scare me that much.

A smart rogue is what scares me, i've met many dumb rogues and promptly disposed of them, Never had the misfortune of a smart rogue, but i know they are out there and that scares me, if you have a sheild, its makes me afraid it might be blocked and you might get close to me, but other then that warlocks/clerics and 1 handed arn't so bad to deal with, even chinese bladers not so bad, and even they could 2 hit me, but I really like warlocks around for party grinding, but vs a person i'm not so scared

Ouch...... the warlock got pwned bad. With some strategy though warlocks are like the best PvP euro char.

Most of the PvP was not 1 on 1 and the warlock survived for quite a long time, but I would have done things differently. Then again, i am not a warlock so what do I know.

you should notice that he didnt use Bless Spell in any of these fights (at least i didnt see). thats because of its 3min cooldown but if he did job pvp and someone would come closer to attack him he could use it.

oh yeah.. warlocks dont suck.. if all i cared about was 1on1 pvp i wouldnt choose warlock.. but in parties they shine. and imo its still the most fun build.if you want to know the reason why then look at what torinchibi said:
"but I would have done things differently" .... you will never see that coming from a rogue talking about another rogue's video because they do the same over and over again.. stealth -> prick. warlocks have so many different skills that you need some strategie how to use them.

@Da_Realest what will be your masteries at lvl 80? 80 warlock 70 cleric 10 warrior?

Nice, well balanced vid. I hate self-aggrandizement videos that only show successes and not failures. I added it to SRA's Stage6 channel.

Warlocks don't use as much mp per skill as wizards do.

God, Europe chars are going to own (even more), when they come out with some more updates.

That was an awesome vid, might be the only Europian character I find interesting. :)

Yea. Maxing Cleric skills will make the build more useful.

Fighting a giant is a long battle... Its not like uniques are meant to be soloed or anything. Someone with a better party will always outdamage you no matter how strong you are. I don't get what you're asking. If you're asking whether you can get unique kills with a Warlock like a Wizard, then yes. You can.
