There are probably more but these are teh guilds I have known too be 100% legit.

Uchiha is not legit anymore, I doubt blackhand is legit too.

At Redsee there are very few:

.LastRefuge lvl 5 guild is leading the legits there
.Retribution lvl 5 guild
the rest of last refuge union guilds, but i cant recall their names right now , will do when i log in sometime.

and Shinsengumi was lvl 5 guild Legit too, but it is kinda dead now, i see very few of them these days.

wWll I don't know either but I do know there are not many legit guilds on Hercules so I'm always suspicious :roll:
