You have to insert a huge grey area between the two. Thereby making it impossible to differentiate as clearly as:

Good pk2|Bad pk2.

With even the slightest amount of reason you'll have to asume *ALL* pk2 edits are bad.

And please, stop it with the

uh huh..... That's why I've seen so many people banned for it (other than invis/stealth edit)

I played with an edited media for the better part of a year. As you can see, not banned. Point me to one person with proof of being banned for pk2 editing(without photoshop)

This is pathetic.

One minute you're complaining that people kill low levels, yet PK2 editing the tiers allows you to see what level your opponant is! Therefore, there should be no complaining 'OmG low level killer TURKEY' bla bla Farking bla!

Did you read my example on tweaking? killing low levels wont be solved by the use of pk2 edits anyway simply because those people don`t care about what level you are they will kill you over and over again "its their fun"

Tweaking should be allowed as long as you keep the tweaking inside the rules, i wonder what the difference will be if i change tiers so i can separate them more easily or simply look on Rev6.

It is a bannable offense, JM just doesn't do anything about it, like botting.

Good Pk2ing: Pk2 edits used ONLY for your and other people's amusement.
(Getting that sweet 10th degree Glaive, making a Mangyang nuke, doing Somersaults instead of regular walking)
Bad Pk2ing: Every and all Pk2 edits used to deliver an unfair advantage over others in whatever way.
(Seeing invisible/stealthed people, seeing a thief's armor, enlarging unique mobs)

He even gave examples of what is bad and what is good, yet... yet you still... No my friend: There is no reasoning with you. There is no gray-area the line is clearly defined.

no dc is a sin
botting is a crime

it's like at what point does cheating become necessary to log in..

Now, there is even no dc. And client speed up thing.. you can speed up the time the client takes to be able to hit the connect button again.
So some people amp it up so the second it says cannot connect.. they can hit again and go..
now how the hell do legits even have a chance in this game if they can't even log in?

unless u'r looking for validation of ur legitness from other people, they can't tell if u have no-dc or not. what's stopping u from using it?

to me, botting and pk2 edit to see invis/stealth is bad, everything else is fair game.

Actually only data.pk2 editing may be harmfull. Anyway if you edit your pk2 then only you can see it and no one else(So others will think thats the noob with 1D equipment).

I dont care about pk2-edit ... if every botter would do pk2 edit instead of botting I would be very very happy. Pk2-edit does not effect anything, it is just looking coll or whatever. But botting or botters are the people who made the server go crowded and are getting on the nerves of the real players.
Only this thing with pk2 invisible detect f**ks everything up, that should be punished, but all the other pk2-edits, like 8 to 10 degree ... well ... who cares???
