I got a question about hybrid spear. I gonna make a 80:80 hybrid spear. I am thinking of making it 90 heuksel, 90 fire, 90 ice and 30 light. In the guide of barotix its the build 90/90/60ice/60light. But I readed down the guide from barotix but he got the most problems with warlock and rogues. If the warlock and rogue dont have a cleric sub I can just attack with ice imbue so I will win. The only problem is that I lack some speed but I can buy speed pots and the parry ratio is not that much. I also got alot more defense and higher snow shield. Will this build do it good at higher levels? or should i just take the 90/90/60/60 build. And about the server, I wanna start over so are there any good legits servers except venus. Was thinking about the three new ones but dunno which on to take.

Go 90 Heuksal 90 Light 79 ice and 11 fire. By the time your 90, 100 cap is out then you can go 100/100/79/11 still be immune and have enough power+defense. I'd recommend garment.

Nothing against you, but your reasons not to follow any of this builds are pretty stupid. When your high and your lacking defense/damage you wont be getting out with the excuse 'I dont like the looks of it/I'd like to have a second imbue'. I hope you are aware of the sp costs, which are immense. Its ur character, I have no right to say 'no dont do it' im just telling you how its in the later levels.

Having a hybrid spear char with 90 fire/heuksal and 60 ice/light, I can tell you... its a rather nice build when fighting pure ints or even hybrid ints. Any str char, well, will own you, no questions asked. (80:80, not sure... if I were you, Id put more in int if you want to be a spear user, just to take advantage of the spear's mag attack.)
I dont exactly know my int/str ratio, but Ive got 68% phy balance and 108% mag balance with my armor, which is missing only 3 str and I think 2 int.
Anyway, the build does excellent damage with the fire nukes, and the heuksal attacks are very strong for an int char (as in, I can hit 15-20k on a full buffed (not snow shield) str char with a fire nuke, and then maybe 8-10k with the spinny spear move.) Here is my char's stuff
The game seems quite unbalanced against this build at this cap, to be honest. Me being fully buffed will die from a str glaive char lv 85-90, with 5-9 gap probably in 25 seconds or less (with snow), while when I try to kill them, I cant, unless I get a crit on the spinny move. Heck, if the str char is full farmed and has 2nd tier garms with full blues, I cant kill them while they stand there.
Id recommend 90 fire/ice/heuksal, and 30 ice at this cap for a hybrid spear. You absolutely need as much phy defense as possible. I would do this build, but Im looking more toward the future, I dont want to have to de-lvl so many high lvl masteries, it will cost a LOT to do. Im planning on de-lvling light at 100 cap, and keeping the 60 ice as long as possible.
