is this saying that 110 cap is coming? if thats the case where it says balance of china/european is probably talking about chinese mastery lvls

I hope everyone understood that this is PLANS for 2009. Assuming the new fortress will go after the 110cap and theres the 2 'big' updates. Add the rest in between or together.
Half the shit was ganna come out anyhow and we knew about it.

110 is a horrible idea there is no way anyone will hand grind to that unless the exp is changed and since Chinese characters can't have 3 masteries it kills the diversity in the game, I would much rather see a useful update like the new race or a fix to powerlevel and bots.

does it say 110 or just increase of cap might be 120 since the lvs of a degree increasse also in tiers
