Right if a Euro, let's say is level 81 for example, and he has level 81 wizard masteries, if he gets murdered down to level 1, will he still be able to use full 9th Degree, as Euro cloths go by mastery level and not player level?

Only the skills, not the gear.

Contradictory. Gear is based on mastery level, so yes, you can still wear it. Can't wear jewels and wpn though, ofc.

Yes he can, this technique is used in vSRO to powerfarm faster.
People level theirself to a higher lvl(let's say 60~80) and then they delevel back to 30~40(by murdering people xD). Then they buy a 5D sun staff and they can still wear 8~9D clothes.

So in theory, if CTF is based on level, you can be level 30 in full 9D and pretty much be unkillable?

Sounds like a plan to me :D

yah.. you would be a lvl 30 in 9d gear with 4d weapon and jeweleries fighting 9d guys with 9d gear weapon and jeweleries. (CTF is based on your highest lvl, just like npc thieves/hunters)
nice plan :)
would work in guild wars: dlvl a few lvls (awesome if u have sun gears) and get more points by killing higher lvl "enemies"

Yep.
Epic used it against Avalon (deleveled their euro's from 90 to 86/87 ish....totally worked.) Avalon probably killed them more often but Epic got way more ppk.

And yeah...you wana make a shitfuckton of gold? get a wiz to 8x, delevel to where you get drops from Ongs, buy a nice staff aroudn that level, nuke away. powerlevel all day with a item dist. pty, make money off the plvl and off the drops, plus you have a good chance at sox and gear drops.

easy easy money.

Wouldn't be a problem with mana if you delevel from 80 to 4x? Once u deleveled you hp/mp will decrease...

Yes it's true every lvl you dlvl hp/mp decrease also. You will have more hp/mp than someone who didn't dlvled but.. if you are using 7x skills at lvl 4x wouldn't you run out of mana?

Also, per level the str/int you have get "worth more" if 1 str gives 10 hp on level 40, that one str might give 13 hp on level 50 (random numbers, dont feel like checking :))

You still got +mp on gear, and you dont need to use lv.80 nukes.

Why do that when there is a glitch/exploit to make yourself go into a low level CTF anyways? Not to say its morally right of course, but its entirely possible.
