https://secure.silkonline.jp/member/updating/hotanUpdating/can any1 help translate,or know what the effects of roc sets are? when I compare the stats of my 99+5 head garm to roc gear head garm is like this, my 99+5, phy. def 181.6, mag.def 383.5, roc head garm: lvl?+0= phy. def 189.0, mag def. 403.1 (369.5 for a different 1)  its like only the phy. def is "seal of sun" for 1 of them. You're link is not working for me so I'm checking at kSRO's.
All the Roc items are level 98. From kSRO, Roc head garm is Phys. 189.0 and Mag. 369.5, as you said. Don't know where 403.1 came from.
