Some people just can't read. 110 is actually 5 in binary. I can't imagine Joymax lowering the cap to level 5, so they must mean 5th degree. You get your 5th degree weapon at lvl 32, 6th at 42, so the cap must be level 41 for this next update.

I can't think of any other possible explanation. Certainly they wouldn't go all the way up to One Hundred Ten! That would be insane.

As for people posting on SRF who don't play SRO anymore, who cares? SRF covers much more than just Silkroad Online with OTL, Artists Corner, Other Games, even other SRO versions. Perhaps stay out of GD, but even then, those of us who don't play (myself included) might still want to keep updated on what's going on.
