No. You get them by collecting 8 different cards in Lv.101-110 FW (Forgotten World). In Lv.35-50, 51-60, 61-70 you'll collect cards for 8D Seal of Sun. In Lv.71-80 and 81-90 you'll get 9D Seal of Sun. In Lv.91-100 you'll get 10D Seal of Sun. Besides that, there are quests in Lv.35-50 FW for D8 Sos and in Lv.71-80 for 9D Sos. Not sure, if there are similar quests on other FW's too.
But those cards seem to be extremely rare. Some of them (for 11D) are selling for 900M+ on KSRO.
Okay, I seem to be missing something here... What new weapons? What Forgotten World? What are you guys talking about? Is this in ISRO or another version of the game?

I am not quite getting how this works. So you go into this instance with a group of 5 or however many, kill mobs, they drop these "cards" which are for weapons that are temporary or permanent?
Lol, for 1* and 2* you can only take 3 people with you (pt of 4 people in total). Only for 3* or 4* you can take a complete pt of 8 people with you. And monsters don't drop cards either...
In certain rooms (2 for each instance) there are boxes. They look like pandora boxes and if you destroy them you might get a card from it. But as i said, they are kinda rare and quite expensive too. When you have all 8 cards, you can exchange them (i don't know how and where exactly) for a Seal of Sun (or Comet for 11D) weapon or shield. As far as i know, it is permanent and not account-bound. Some people are already selling 11D FW weapons, but they are even more expensive than regular 11D SoC.

Ok here is how it goes. You grind for crystals during your normal partying/grinding. These crystals contain bunnies, which drop keys to go to the Forgotten World. Each lvl range has it's own FW area. Lvl 35-50 and lvl 51-60 go to the Earth Ghost Canyon, lvl 61-70, 71-80 and 81-90 go to Flame Mountain and lvl 91-100 and 101-110 go to Shipwrek. Each lvl range has it's own quests for FW. Most quests just give crappy exp and decent sp, but each lvl range has it's own SoX quest as well. All the lower lvl quests give a SoSun weapon for a certain degree. Lvl 91-100 gives a 10D Sun weapon, lvl 81-90 gives a 9D sun weapon etc etc. For this quest you need to collect all 8 cards that can be dropped during the FW instance. They either drop by the 2 pandora like boxes that are floating at certain points in the raid or by the final boss of the FW.
Like Kronos said, you can go to FW with either a party of maximum 4 people for a ★or★★ or with a full 8/8 party to a ★★★ or a ★★★★. The ★ is the easiest and the ★★★★ the most difficult. The more difficult the instance run is, the more likely you will drop one of the more rare cards. Card number 1-4 drop easy, number 5 and 6 are a bit harder to get and number 7 and 8 are really rare. That's why these cards sell for ridiculous amounts of money.
The Pharaoh weapons you get are 11D. They are the A grade weapons posted a while ago on silkroadsecrets (http://silkroadsecrets.blogspot.com/2010/07/legend-x-update.html). They aren't account bound, so can be sold. They are also a bit stronger then normal soc 11D weapons, but the difference is quite small.
The Pharaoh shield A grade isn't available by a quest though. This item only drops from the last boss of FW. I believe they are about as rare as card number 8 or even rarer.
Going to FW has a time limit though. You can go there once every 5 hours or you can buy the silk item which deletes the time limit for 1 time.
Anyway I hope that answers some questions. If you got more, please asks them. I'm pretty familiar with most things around FW, if I may say so...

I actually think Lv.61-70 is still Earth Ghost Canyon, not sure about it, but i might be able to confirm it soon.
Besides at least for 8D and 9D there are some quest series, where you can get 8D or 9D Seal of Star weapons (not Seal of Sun). We only know about these quests, as a korean told us about them and the drops are kinda rare (they drop from normal monsters in FW, but it will take you around 10-20 FW runs to finish one quest of the series and you have to do 3-4 quests each)
And there are around 5-7 daily quests for each lv. range. You'll get around 0,5% for each quest or probably even less, but with 7 quests that is still around 3% additional for Lv.7X, which isn't that bad actually.
Btw Hacyu, do you maybe know, how to get the B grade items? I have already seen some koreans with 11D grade B, but it seems to be really rare. Do you only get it as drop from the last unique or something like that?

I skipped all the lower FW area's. I started at 91+, so I wasn't 100% sure about the previous area's. I just heard about those area's.
I've seen some B grade items already as well, but I haven't talked to the koreans yet about it. I'll try to get some info next time, but my guess is they drop from some uniques or maybe some other quest serie after the current one.

Egyptian Weapons are also 11d? Does it have more Damage than Actual 11d Weapons or Nova Weapons?
nova is comet in ksro btw
so my question is.. .Legend X items will have higher damage and def. than Nova Items?
Legend X only releases the Pharaoh weapons, which are only available as SoN. These weapons are stronger then the normal Nova items, but the difference isn't a lot.
So Lengend X is not actually 12d right? We'll still be using 11d Items, and weapons, Cap will still be lvl 110? so, if i have nova set, i'll be better staying with that?

Yea, isro got 110 cap before some of the other versions, in ksro's legend x, they go 105 > 110, etc, etc
though, not sure if they'll update the gear ...so who knows

No, you aren't. Currently the max level at KSRO is lv.110, same as on ISRO.
