U can download the full client or the manual patch which will update ur client to 1.295 without downloading the full client which is much larger.

is it this one? Silkroad Online Official Homepage(Manual Patch for_v1.290 and 1.291)

You could always use this: http://download.joymax.com/property/sil ... v1_295.exe

This is the full client but a direct download, so you don't have to go through all that Akamai BS.
