Seems strange. But well, it's a common issue, I guess. At least I've seen it a lot.

Anyway, did you download the installer from silkroadonline.net, installed it and then afterwards doing the same thing with the manual patch? If you downloaded the client elsewhere, I suggest you to download it again from the official website.

Re-install then Re-download if the first doesn't work and wrong forum btw .
It is supposed to be in technical help .

Uhm... maybe try installing on a different computer if possible? If it still doesn't work it has something to do with either the file you're using or the way you're installing it.
