Need help installing sro

A Friend of mine just downloaded silkroad client but when we try and isntall it we get an error "This is a client file that can be used after the LEGEND 7 Rise of the Thief-Hunter update."

We didnt download the patch, we downloaded the actual client, but It wont install.

any help is greatly appreciated.

same problem. i figured to start again with SRO,, but first that very long update and now i have downloaded complete clients from 3 sources but none will work. I'm actually downloading an older full client to see if i can install that and update it.

4th time i restarted with SRO xD i should know better by now to think anything has changed for the better but i just have to see :sohappy:

probably get dissapointed and delete it again but i just have to see. :sohappy:
