After the Server Inspection on 4/17 I cant log into my account. When i try to log in it says "You are unable to connect due to area restriction" and it tells me to contact customer support. The problem is i cant even contact customer support or post on the FAQ's without being logged into the website. Does anyone know why this might be happening? I live in the USA.

That really does sound weird. Which version of Silkroad (isro/sro-r), and can't you even log into the website?

I mean, I could maybe remotely understand if they limited the Turkish servers to people form Turkey. But this just sounds strange. Maybe your IP is blocked?

I saw some people from Usa, others from Egypt having this problem, so probably it is not your problem alone.

Anyway can you log in to any other accounts or you are blocked from all ?

Edit: Um, i just got this too, it doesn't say anything about ip restriction, just says something like logging in failed, kinda odd since i was online after the inspection a few hours ago but now i can't enter.

I had the same problem too. Read on rev6 that if you use a VPN it'd work. I downloaded one and it worked, don't know if it was coincidence though. I hope it helps you guys out.

Heres the rev6 article:

And here's what I downloaded, it's free too:

Like I said, I hope it helps. =)

I had this a few times. I disconnected my pc from the net for 5 minutes, and tried logging in. it worked afterwards. I got DC issues later on, but it stopped after 2 hours.
