invisionfree.com idk if its good or not but you can throw up forums in about 5 min

Your title says "forum" but your post says "site". If what you want is a guild forum, Ryoko can host one for you here on SRF if you have at least 5 guild members registered here. I have had the Bakemasters private forum hosted here on SRF for months and it has worked out well.

if u want a free hoster with enough space and no adds

I tried hosting a forum via freewebs before and it was no go.

You can do it with Tripod but there are incredibly annoying ads and it's a general pain in the ass.

Its easy to find good hosting.
I have 15gb bw / 250mb space for free.
