I'm a pure str/fire bowman and I've always had decent equipment(lvl 16 +3SOS bow, lv 24 SOS I just got and am upgrading now...)even SOS garms, and I farm. And yet out of all the times I've tried to put on my hunter suit and kill a 'beginner' thief, I do like 10 dmg and he 1 hits me!!! Except, of course, this one time I actually fought a thief near my lvl. It was crazy.

Anyway, whats with all the little bitch girls that are high lvl, yet wander around JANGAN, THE BEGINNER TOWN, as a low lvl thief killing people. It's one of the most pathetic aspects of this game. Other than ONE occurance, all of the thiefs I've tried to kill blow my ass away. Fast. And yet it always tells me BEGINNER thief. Ridiculous. Now I can see why trading is so hard for a low lvl. Some of you people are totally pathetic, getting entertainment out of butchering low lvls. What happened to seeking a challenge? What kinda asshole enjoys 1 hitting people he fights....?

LOL. Look at their wep next time. Relates to their thief lvl.
Most trades go through crossroads = most opp. for pop.

There are many asshole thiefs that get lower lvl equips to own lower lvl players because the asses have nothing else better to do.

They should get a job

I would like to be more sympathetic to lower levels. But I worked hard to get where I am and WHY did I do that? To kill everyone. Why else? WHen you are higher leve and have invested as much time into this game as I have, you will definately feel differently.

LOL. Jobbing is not to run around randomly killing. I know name / build of anyone that can kill me.

No I won't. I know how it is to invest COUNTLESS hours into a game. I played runescape before this. For like 5 years. I was lvl 106 of 123. And that was when I just went to highschool, no job. And I didnt hang out with people much. So I was playing 10+ hours a day. Summers were worse. So I'm afraid no one can tell me that lol. I was never into killing a lvl 60 while I was lvl 106. Cos they'd only run, and I'd chase and kill quickly, for the worst loot, if any. The reason I got to a high lvl was not to kill everybody, but to kill other high lvls. And to experience more of the game. Not to pick on low lvls LIKE I MYSELF HAVE BEEN.

You god damn thieves need to steal from traders AROUND your own level. That means no stealing around Jangan unless you BELONG there. Besides, why would you kill someone lower lvl than yourself, unless you can't handle people your own level, cos your charecter sucks? Thats what I get out of it. Obviously this guy can't handle people his own level, so he has to fight people way lower than him to get his kicks. Thats exactly what I think.

A free 70k is a free 70k.
A lvl 20 or lvl 70 with a 5*, we would all rob if we could.
Get real, thieves don't say, you look weak, we won't take your wallet.

Actually, thieves do say that. Then they stab you in the back, take your goods and teabag your dead body.

No I'm not retarded or anything like that Chaud. I just find it ridiculous how people get kicks out of killing someone who is NO CHALLENGE WHATSOEVER. And do you think about the 15k xp he just lost so you could feel better about yourself or have some fun?

lolzz dude Self Defense FTW. I get a kick out of picking on low lvls when they jump on me first.

thats why i switched servers and worked my ass off to be a high level. Then I just played and am still playing around ^^...

Anywho, it gets really boring at high levels, it's just something to pass the time. and when you don any job suit, u understand and agree there is a risk of being 1 hit and owned. ^^; btw you can get to a high level without playing 10+ hours a day so go out more and have fun =).

Thiefs are bad... Thiefs rob people... rob is bad...

so... why they need be "good" and have mercy with the low lvl traders? so... if you are lv70, you only can rob lvl 60-70? that doesnt have sense....

If you do a trade run, you need understand that Thiefs can kill you.
If you are a Thief, you need understand that for rob, you need wait and be smart.
If you are Hunter, if you want kill thiefs or have some fun, escort a Multi... or go and hunt Thiefs at Jangan H (Crossroads).

when you rob, you are looking for money, and doesnt matter if you get the money from a high lvl, or a low trader.. if you kill a low lvl, good, easy money, if you kill a high lvl, good money and a good fight.

What you lose you get back in like 10 mobs lol....

If you're looking for pvp cape, tats also a solution, and for VanHalen think he was just talking about hunter vs thief and why low levels can never compete.

to prevent yourself from atking a theif much higher than you. look at their buffs first, then their weapon. if they have fireshield emperor or speed walk and a level 3x weapon, it basically means ur gonna get owned. what you should do is run like mad. ghost walk outa there.


if players level up so they have to fight hard things ONLY. its kinda pointless. and most of all unrealistic. if a commy rushed you with a bazooka he wouldnt care u were a helpless target. he'll blast you to bits. (sry for the gruesome analogy)

dude they are <Beginner> Thieves because they aren't lvl 3+. Im a lvl 2 thief and it still says <Beginner> Lolz.

But anyway... Thieving FTW. If you're tired of getting killed by thieves, then become one. Thieves outnumber hunters on Olympus hehe.

That's why I don't wear it anymore. It's a shame though. I want to do a job and I can't yet even though I'm 4 lvls past 20. And trust me, I don't play 10 hours a day anymore. I work full time. And I chill out. I ditched the crack-like playing addiction

I was 49 levels past 20, and I couldn't play without getting pwned by some botter, CCFer, or sometimes a legit fully farmed.

I bet his ass get whipped by us -Thieves with low level weapons- everyday

Btw, you have no idea how fun it is.. its the most funny thing to do in this game..
I Don't rob lately. all i do is hold mylevel 1 som sword and 1 som shield br 19 >.<.. and wonder around.

The difference of Runescape and here is like the difference between a gradeschool crayon drawing and a Picasso. Jobs are like PVP with a reward. Gold. I get the same reward for killing you (easy) as I do for killing someone my own level (harder). The return on my investment (time and gold) is better when I kill you. If I wanna have a challenge I stand outside the gate with my guild and send up globals telling all the hunters where I am.
