Been playing for awhile now and never did see them post anything about bots,,,,,,,,there finally going to do somthing,,,,,,,so please all who are sick of it, if you see a bot write it down and send it. There are also bots out there that are using inbue skills now, which if you try and talk to them and they don't reply they may be a bot, but they could be being rude and just grinding. So best bet to make sure is to follow for a bit, and see if there running into things walls and trees etc., and get stuck there. The bots have evolved from just hack and slash to using skills as such,,,so might be tricky to spot,,,,,Just please Send them Info!

It wont do no good. I send botter list almost every day. And what do I get for it? NOTHING! Only losing my nervs, cause JoyMax is run by greedy retarded people who only care about money. I'm getting owned by botters almost every day, and when I get owned they are cocky. It's really pissing me off, and I'm considering to quit. **** from my signature was right...

Wow, be more dense? Players are under no obligation to respond to chat. That's why JM put in the features in the game to minimze the chat, change the chat mode, and hide it all.
"Let's report everyone that isn't talking now." Quit with the bot hysteria, at that rate everyone on the serve would be reported at least once, making the GM work even harder.

they only said this because they want it to seem like there doing something
theve knoticed the slight drop in profits from all the silk boycotters so they send out this message to make it seem like something is getting done
do not be fooled sending in your bot lists will not get them banned but if it makes you feel like your helping the community then by all means keep on keepin on
as for me ive given up on joymax and quit the game all toghether

acually, only the dumb "auto it" bots get stuck. The isro bots hardly, get stuck at all. They can even walk through rooms in caves without getting stuck, which is really hard cause of all the narrow passage ways.

Quote: some don't talk if you would read all my post instead of jumping the gun Don't wory, I read it all - my point was directed at the "but they could be being rude and just grinding" comment. That's why I quoted that specifically and made no mention about anything else in relation to bots in that paragraph. A newline is used to seperate ideas - if I would have placed the second statement right above the first, then you can get on me for jumping the gun. But I didn't. The second sarcastically biting statement is directed specifically at the "they don't reply they may be a bot" part. Just the implication that if someone doesn't talk they "may be a bot" is just absurd. Why should I or anyone else inconvience ourselves going around trying to find out if every little person that "looks" like a bot really is? Why do we have to spend so much of our time doing someone ele's job and get no reward whatsoever for it? If anything, it just costs us more. I say we all petition JM to start rewarding players for finding bots. If they turn out to be one and banned, then you get compensation. That would encourage people like me to take the extra time to fill out a bug report and actually do someone elses job. Quote: If they run and ks me every time,,,,,and get stuck ,,,,,,there getting sent to joymax........
Glad you are doing our part

Im going to take a page from Dane Cook's book. Go to the report form and "punch your keyboard." The chances are greater that it's a bot then you actually coping and retyping the names.

if you're on Aege then most might know the guild SilverMoon, the most notorious botting guild there is... but the funny thing is that they also are in charge of a union that houses SilverMoon1 till SilverMoon7 and are filled with botters...
aint that a joke? Samsung_1 till Samsung_7 and other obvious bots under the guildtag SilverMoon# can be found all over Aege...
i wonder if Joymax will do smth about any time soon

it's easy to spot botting players w/o trying to ask them or following them for five minutes
here's how it works, botters use similar programs so when they get to be in an area at exactly the same time, they will move in the same way with respect to the mobs around them unless a legit player comes in and destroy their harmonious movement (like synchronized swimming lol)
for example, in Ujigi/Mujigi area southwest of hotan, there are a lot of botting players especially those 50+ and even 64+ en route to the Yeti's. i asked several of them when i see them PVPing in Donwhang they would just "LOL 90% of the 50-70 in every server is botting, welcome to reality"
i'll be posting pics soon on the exact spot for this but for now, text description will do. botters that pass by the south-west hotan ujigi/mujigi area make the last turn (before walking on snow) by stopping at exactly 3 spots very very close to the mountainside. it doesnt matter if they're just on grass walk or on horseback. you will notice sooner or later that A LOT of "players" "pause" at those exact same 3 spots. most of them carrying a Lv64 weapon (especially sword or bow). why would a legit player wearing full 8th deg set be grinding at karakoram in the first place?
i have listed over 100+ characters this way. a small fraction of them were the super-KS-bots at bunwangs using 7deg weapons and now after i just leveled 8 levels, they're now carrying 8deg weapons and having guilds too. and now i see them regularly playing PVP/job in donwhang. and for each one of those listed, i did PM them, some reply after 48hrs. lol. they have a bunch of reasons for not replying to me w/in a few minutes. some eventually say they bot but keep on flaming me for not minding my own business.
