Sro is a very good game and highly addictive but for me it's main downfall has to be it's horrific interaction between the players and the GMs I have noticed that if you have any problems there is no way to contact a GM in this game other than the bug report and to me that is useless because they don't even reply back.
I it kind of ironic to see how fast people get banned for charge back but it takes months and months to get a few botters banned, if joymax actually put abit more effort into the neccesery areas that need more work than others it would pay off.
Really I see this game as a filler between games. They know this and making a fast buck with as little support as they can get away with. People cost money you know! They will only improve the game once the numbers start to slide. Those number are the bank accounts. There are alot of huge flaws with the game but we all put up with them for the sake of a "free" game.
interact more ? Did they EVER interact I suggest they need 2 START interacting with their customers
