Since JM cant make events for sh!t, how about we make our own?

Guild tournaments

each participating guild would put in say, 5m?

1st place takes 50%
2nd 30%
3rd 20%

these are only suggestions:

6 vs 6 (unlike guild wars, where you have about 10 on 3 people... then they brag about how they won etc...)

fight would be held in the middle of the bandit strong hold (you know inside where everyone farms? as there's 2 entrance, would make it look nicer :p)

once your dead, you stay dead (would need people watching the match/standing at each entrance, so you dont have people running back)

best out of 3 rounds

no starting buffs, you can buff while the fight is on, it takes time for everyone to cast all their buffs, then you have people whining saying 'omg, i was still buffing when he hit me' etc...

you would send a war invitation, which you would then need to screenshot to show proof you beat the rival guild

downside of this is:

need alot of guilds to participate

people complaining about how other guild CCFs/bot/buy gold etc (if ur gonna complain, dont fcking enter!)

globals - telling everyone

a trustworthy person to hold onto all the gold

what do you think? :)

I like the idea. But its quite hard to organize all off this. You have to organize it then for your servers and other people will hear and try it 2 :x

instead of cape fight, try Thief Vs Hunter so no1 will respawn after they die.

30% of sro players or even more don't understand english.
so its going to be hella hard to organize .

INT hybrids/nukers would own in this tournament. All they have to do is run and nuke once each at a target + splash/AoE

there's always those people that insist on "helping" either through the use of healing/ressing or spamming vital spot when not participating. I'd rather keep the location secret until the last minute.

Good places: Chi'n tomb, bandit den, under the moat outside hotan, in the waterfall by hotan, in the river by jangan

My gaming website is opening soon (been working on with my bro and mate for 6-7months) maybe sro guild tournaments could be a main part of it.

We already have union guild tournaments. We do them in cape though. And currently there is no prize but that has already been planned for. We are gonna hold a christmas best in degree match with a sliding payout scale by degree. Better yet rather than holding it out in the open where anyone can wander through and interfere we hold them on one of the many hard to get to mountain tops in jangan. They are off the road and outta sight and many times even if someone sees you they can't figure out how to get there. We had one near the exorcists home up in my little spot there. PPL were lined up at the base of the mountain watching asking how can we get up there. 8)
