OK I just have a quick question. Ive been looking at guides and tutorials for character builds and whatnot and I've noticed that they give numbers like 60/90/90/60 for wat lvls your masteries should be. What im confused about is that there arent skills for masteries above 62 so why bring your mastery that high ? Is this in case new skills are added or something ? Thnx.

There are skills past 62. And guides are there to help you plan for when a 90 cap comes. The closer your level to your mastery level, the more exp you gain, along with a boost in percentages (have it be with your weapon/force)
So the incentive to level your mastery is... you will deal more damage. In a long, long time, there will be 150 cap... in which you can only do two trees... a weapon and a force. This is the way it was meant to be played, but the caps have restricted such stupidity.

... and there's a masterycap at 300, so that's the maximum mastery-lvls you could achieve. Therefore the big planning.
