THEY BANNED THOUSANDS OF BOTS!
O_O
Of course they fix stuff. People just tend to make a big deal about little things, and tend not to notice so much when they get fixed. They don't even need to ban bots. It's their game and it's free. They could just sit around and watch the money roll in, but no, they put in hours of hard work to make YOU happy and to make more money roll in.

nope. 1. he blocked out the site names 2. He's complaining about the spam bots. so yea...
I don't get it... if GMs really did "exist", why couldn't they just log on at least once a day to kick/ban these spam bots and give us peace for at least an hour or two, and then log on every once in a while or whenever they feel like it to do so again? It's not going to stop them, but players will still appreciate these efforts. I mean, GMs can spam the same automated messages over and over again but they can't at least block spam bots for 15 minutes? Yet again this is JM showing how much they really care about their players.

How can JM let this happend to their game, i mean, how hard is it to ban a spambot?

Im sure they ban spam bots, but its a lot easier for a company to make hundreds of spam bots than it is for a player to make a bunch of player bots. Spam bots will "respawn" faster than player bots so even if JM is banning them you would probably never now it.

actually they do need to ban bots cause THEY don't allow it....secondy the spam bots are a big deal because its areally annoying to be in All chat now and yeah we know its free game but that doesn't mean they can let it run wild they're would be a game if it weren't for us players and lastly when you think about it for anyone whose ever bought silk thats money they put towards the company so the player can get nice stuff and the company can spend money...the very fact that money passes any hands makes it clear that they are making some kinda profit off us the player and as such they should cater to our needs to allow for a smooth playing experience that we basically PAYED for

Well If GM's were given the power to mute players, like in Rune Scape, we might have a temporary solution, another good solution for this would be a limit of how mayn public messages you could have a minute(or some other period of time less than a minute)
something as simple as that could make a lot of problems for the spamming gold bots

Is it too much for him to just go from jg to hota by dimensional gates and ban spammer bots ??

If you're talking about those notices that come up in purple, similar to "Hi, I'm [GM]Tarky, never give out your logon information to people you don't know.... blah blah... players impersonating GMs.... blah blah... we don't want people to become victims of this issue..." that's likely just an automated script generated by the server itself. A real life GM doesn't log onto the server and type out those messages each time.
When GMs log on (rarely happens, but still) everyone in the server tries to PK them... and people wonder why they never appear.
As for the spam bots, I've noticed some of them, especially in Jangan, use stalls. Much easier to deal with them when they use stalls.
