Little bit of a history check:
Had a kickass 64+5 glaive on Plus44 failed [ 736483267 ] times to go +6 all legit astral ocst me a bomb npc'd the glaive. Crumpets 64+5 sword .. tried it 4 times all failed at +5 > +6. Crumpet's 72 wep tried 1 time .. failed at +5 > +7.
So when I saw this +6 shield in a stall for 1m I thoguht why the **** not.

So your weapon doesn't fail to +0 from +4 and higher.

That's honestly not the point. I use astrals immortal goign for +7 every ..... time on my items, always fails so I re-add etc etc etc. Adn then outta the blue you can randomly +7 this shit. Honestly c'mon

Personally who perfers the olf form of alchemy, it seemed to use up
less gold and didnt fail as often.

astrals are worthless. i got 64 +5 glavie without astrals. Then tried +5 a sosun 16 shield with astrals it failed twice...
I noticed you got 9th degree, where ppl get the file for all 8th degree into 9th degree?

What I can't figure out is how hard is it to understand how Astral works. Having 10 +5 weapons and failing to +6 all of them 76453454335 times has NOTHING to do with Astral and how Astral works. ASTRAL/IMMORTAL DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF GETTING A POSITIVE RESULT WHEN TRYING TO PLUS A WEAPON/ITEM. This thread makes no sense since the thread starter is complaining that everything he has tried to + has failed when he has put astral/immortal on it. In all actuallty, the thread starter is bitching about failing to +6 weapons more times than he can count, which is something that HAS HAPPENED TO ALL OF US at one point or another. Now, if the thread starter had complained that everytime he tried to +6 a weapon/item WHEN USING LUCKY POWDER/STONE then he would have a legitimate complaint.

you know joymax prolly made astrals less successfully so you buy more...

No shit Captain Obvious. It's just everytime ne and so it seems others sue astral we fail. ALWAYS, now whenever I go for +5 or in this case +7 with no item mall support I succeed. Coincidence? I think not.
