New Guild leader (how do we replace him???)

ok its been a couple of months since our guild leader went inactive without a trace and we have been trying to figure out how long it will take before we can vote for a new leader???? any ideas of how to get a new guild leader ,because our guild can do prettyy much nothing right now.

Go to the guild store and press "Vote for new leader" it was like 4 weeks or so.. at least i thought ^^

However, when our guildmaster got out of guild, a new guildmaster was immediately chosen and I didn't had time to vote

If the guild master doesn't log for 45 days, the guild can hold an ellection.

2/3 of the active members of the guild must vote (active means loogged in once in at least a week).
