How much are wind2 and how can I get them (I read that they are expensive)?

in my server wind 2 are 1500-2k each

prot elixers are 50k

wind 2 u can get from alchemy materials or breaking down weapons.

yesterday, i sold 28 prot elixirs for 80K each

but, normal prices are like 50-60K
