PVP Horse Glitch ???

I was pvping on cSRO and I was killing this guy that was on a horse but it was not killing the horse but just killing him on the horse here take a look:

Does anyone know how to do this glitch?

Oh and don't ask about why peoples names are in special characters, thats because I don't have the Chinese language installed lol.
