When i open silkroad, in the first window where you press start to play a message pops up saying "unidentified client. Closed" and I can't start the game because the start button doesn't appear. The news aren't there aswell.
I'm sure I didn't change anything since the last time I played and the game was working perfectly.

Anyone gets the same thing? What's happening?

The servers are still undergoing inspection, so it may be caused by that. It sounds more like you're using a modded client to me.

hi, yer i got same message on my laptop i tried reinstalling nothign happened but on my pc i updated it about 2 hour ago and didnt get teh message so tehre should be a patch hopefully.

Doesn't sound like a modded client to me. I had the same problem before and I can assure you I do not have a modded client. There's no need to have one. I reinstalled SRO, then tried to update. The update failed for some reason and I started getting debug assertion failures when I tried opening SRO. I uninstalled and reinstalled again and now it's working fine.

Probably just happened because of inspection, but I never saw that error before today.
