If a lvl 3x does 2k damage on me ( i'm lvl 28 ), do you consider that good damage for the lvl 3x? Or is that considered weak.

You didn't tell us if they were int or str, what their weapon was, what gear you were wearing, their masteries, or any useful info. How should we know? At level 42 I hit level 38 people for 4k and that's about as far back as I remember.
