then quit and stop complaining what else do you expect its a free game pay 20$ a month then i be complaining 2 but its best we just stfu and try to help by not buying gold which will lessen bots maybe not pk2 edit (GM impersonation)
and not msg sro cuz u got hacked when you know you use a bot or gave ur info away ... i will be complaining to gameguard about bots

game gaurd is the one who is a hack preventing program
bot is a hack
for now all they do is make us lag i played csro and there in no gameguard and game loads fast as hell no lag maybe talk to joymax about getting rid of gameguard since they do nothing but make us lag in the end sro has to block botters bot list should be coming from gameguard not sro

Some people pay for this game. I know no one is forcing them to buy silk, but it's unethical for Joymax to continue running the game with item mall while letting players buy Gold time without warning of bad service, a bot problem, server crowdedness, etc.
People who buy silk have every right to complain IMO.

You complain to inform the management that their product is losing customers. Feedback is usually wanted to know where to make changes. For example, you get bad service at a restaurant, you complain to the manager so they know that waiter sucks and they will "fix" it. Companies normally appreciate that kind of thing.

So the question is, do you want us to not complain because you know JM will never do anything about it, and thus is a waste of time to complain, or should we complain and get things fixed in this game?

Honestly I gave up, JM isn't going to fix the game for us. They have known for a long time about several problems in the game, from translation to time to grind to job system flaws to bots, they have issued patches to fix several of these things in kSRO over a year ago, but they will not ever do that for us here. We just get "coming soon!" Yeah. I got sick of waiting and took my money elsewhere. Yes, I paid money to this game, and I regret it now. I feel suckered and I won't do it again.

Instead I took the money I had been paying JM and went to another game. In that game I encountered a problem which appeared to be a glitch, I filed a support ticket and within 30 minutes I was contacted by a GM and the problem fixed. THAT is what I want to pay for. In real games where the company actually puts some work into it, gold sellers have to resort to PM's to hawk their wares instead of GLOBALLY ANNOUNCING it. In iSRO the same user that globalled one site in particular has been doing so for over 4 months now without being banned. Another gold seller has been sitting in Hotan on a script to flood the general chat with ads for two months now, with the SAME user. JM should be ashamed for ever taking people's money while doing nothing for it.

MD says a lot of things on that forum that is total crap, too. For one, development updates are done by a completely different team than who handle player issues. Although, both cases are moot, because there is no team doing development NOR is there anyone handling player abuses.

Normal game:
1. Developers (handles bug fixes and improvements)
2. Customer support team (handles player abuses)
3. Administrators (handles banning of accounts from number 2)
