Guild emblem problem...!!!

Yo ya'll...Sup Silkroaders.Uhm i have a question about the guild emblem.5 May i added a new guild emblem but till now its still blank :banghead:

Now were running around with a blank emblem wOOt

but seriously anyone else experiencing the same problem?I want my guild emblem :cry:

Any suggestions what i could do :?:

I saw more guilds running around with a blank emblem.Anyone know info about this problem?Thnx

A union on Alps has the same problem.
Instead of asking if anybody else has the problem however, they tried to register it about 5 times and wasted 10m gold...

lol thought so...the other guildleader told me to delete it and put a new one but i'll just wait till it comes up.Don't feel like wasting more money on it.Its been like 24 hours or more and its still blank.I hope it gets fixed soon

It may it a problem with the servers. I see about 4 guilds on Persia with blank emblems.

Ask other people (non guildies/union mates) if they see your union emblem. Maybe only you and your guild/union can't see?

did you name it right. check the real forums there is a sticky there that tells you how to do it. you have save it in your sro file and its has to be called something special (dont remember what though)

Omg I am so lucky, I registered my guilds emblem just a few days ago and went blank for a minute or two, then it appeared <3, but other guilds do have that problem recently, a guild called SIMPLY_DARK has had the blank emblem for several days now.

If i did something wrong sro would tell me that.It has to be 16 x 16, 24 bits , moved in the silkroad install folder named guildmark.bmp or else it won't let you upload it.It will not even upload a blank emblem if you do something wrong it gives you a error.

I just noticed several more guilds with this same problem, both union and guild emblem as blank, its a game bug for sure, after all whats the chances that all of sudden several guilds commit the same error.

I thought it wasn't supposed to have the .bmp extension? :S

na when u place it in the folder it addes the .bmp for you.... i think its a problem on Joymaxs end. Well will see

I'm just happy i didn't keep trying to upload the emblem.I would have wasted millions and alot of Gp :banghead:

But its still blank for the update

I think i'm gonna report it as a bug *hopes that joxmax will fix it*

i've been seeing a lot of blank emblems today on pacific as well, must be joymax doing something again.
