Nope. The higher your parry, the more of a chance that your enemy will do closer to the lower end of their damage range upon you, instead of their higher range.

For example, if he could do anywhere from 100-200 damage to you, the higher of a parry you had, the more likely he'd do closer to 100, than 200.

Correct me if I'm wrong.

Higher mag balance = more damage with nukes + imbue
higher Phy balance = more damage with weapon attacks
