Baeksong's Quest Problem?

I'm trying to take the lvl 64 delivery quest with baeksong's DW gate soldier, but it won't appear...
There's no linkin quest i think, anyway ive finished a quest before..
Someone got the same problem?

Get the quest from Donwhang South Gate Guard BAEKSONG (3555,1950)

Step1: Talk to Jangan Islam merchant ISHYAK (6503,1017)
Step2: Talk to Hotan Stable merchant SALIHAP (153,5)
Step3: Return to BAEKSONG

PS:He only gives 5 players quest one day
exp: 1,450,000
sxp: 9,000
gold: 140,000

You can probably grind a million exp by the time it takes to ride there and back, although it's a nice grind break and from what I remember the description the npc gives you is quite funny too, it's full of swear words lol
