Was this server shutdown in 10 minutes only on Greece or a full server shutdown?

War With Bots & Compensation Event Notice

Hello. This is Silkroad Online.
We have prepared two services as a compensation event for the long duration of server inspection that has occurred recently.
No.1
The effort in making a clean gaming environment has continued steadily, and as a result we have managed to secure a list of massive numbers of bot users.
We will be cracking down the bot users for the next month, and will punish them severely every week.
No.2
We have caused great inconvenience to our users from the long duration of server inspection that has occured beginning of May. We will be proceeding Experience Point Event as a compensation event for the incident. In order to have a larger number of users to enjoy the event, we will first be proceeding bot punishment for a month. We ask for our users understanding regarding this issue.
Event Information : Experience & Skill Points 30% Increase
Event Date : Around Mid-June (Precise date may change depending on the bot punishment situation. We will be announcing the exact date of the event in the future.)

theres an inspection cuz there where too many ppl logged in and joymax didnt wanna feel bad for the innocent non premium people when they were gonna be kicked out for the premium costumers..
so they shut the insanely full servers down and made room for everyone.
see i told you, that inspection was like 10 seconds long, theyre back up again.
