lvling on higher lvl monsters

i was wondering would it be faster in lvl if i grind on higher lvl monsters?? say 3-8lvls over meor would it be worse since it takes longer to kill??

Depends on your build and how fast you kill them if you comapre it with white mobs.

pure int, go higher mobs, pure str not, go whie monsters, unless u got sun/som+5

Pure int can only kill higher levels if they're int mobs, like ishade. If they're str, booyah you're pwned!

Why is it that everyone wants to lvl so hard?

I do too, but I just enjoy cotrolling my character, leveling is just a consequence.

I think you're wrong. A nuker can kill very fast, only having to take a punch or two.

yup. im grinding @generals at lv 75. they gimme about 900dmg, which is almost nothing compared to nearly 9k hp as a pure int. besides, it doesnt take me more than a nuke+lion shout to kill em. its quite smooth.

yeah nuker can kill fast, but wait til a giant comes and crits you for 99% of your hp.

A punch could kill a nuker if he kills orange/red str mobs.

lolz. maybe a nuker in npc garms, still wearing his 2nd degree rings. if u got decent gear, u can easily grind @ mobs around 5 lv higher than you without getting into any trouble.

lol I've been grinding on mages/shaman since lvl 69, could tank 4 at that level, so perfect grinding lots of exp (costs you money tho, but nothing is for free)

And about INT's getting owned by higher level STR mobs, is also not true. I can tank generals np, around 3-4.

Another example was levelling at mujigi/ujigi at lvl 42, I could 2 nuke them, so they hardly hit me, and if they did half was blocked due high BR on my shield. I was using 4 stacks hp vs. 12 mp at that time, so stop talking gibberish if you haven't experienced it yourself.

True, I was doing the same thing and I NEVER died and was able to take the champs and giants as well. Although not all at the same time. Nukers will always out dmg the pure str, that is not an issue. Str or int based mobs doesn't matter either, what matters is how many lvls above and how many there are.

Right now i'm lvl 46 and 2 nuke Penons at the beginning of the ice. But of course I run from the champs and Giants.

soX gears? cuz at lvl77 str char, i get over1k dmg from royal guard and generals

Currently lvl 47 2 lvl gap grinding on pennons. STR and no INT same lvl within sight. Don't have a problem.

All INT in sight are same lvl as pennons.

Pennon Champs or Giants aren't a problem, but they are for an INT person lol.
Taking on 3 to 4 at the same time isn't a problem.

You're probably wearing garment without shield, he's probably wearing shield + armor..
