Nuker or Pure Str Glaiver???

I got SRO a couple weeks ago and doing the noobish thing, I did whatever with my first character. I want to make either a Nuker or Pure str glaiver but I'm not sure which.

Which one generally requires the most sp farming? Which one requires the most money? Which one generally does better at PvE, PvP?

Also, for sp farming I remember seeing a chart with char lvl and how much sp you should have at that level depending on the gap but I forgot the link. Anyone know what I'm talking about?

Depends on how you build it

I always thought nukers required the most money since they need good gear to (highten their chance to) survive..? And if u do s/s u need more money for weps

Nuker is better for PvE and group wars in PvP not so much 1v1

glaive is decent at PvE and decent at group wars in PvP and good for 1v1

as for which cost more money...both cost the same? i dont get how 1 would cost more than the other :S

maybe because s/s nuker has to buy a shield but the glavier doesn't ?

sword and shield combined equals just a bit more pricey than a glavie.
but you can get away with just having a +5 shield, after all its the BR that matters.

Nuker. you will need lots of stamina,str,int stones so u dont get 1-2 hitted by pure strs.

it's true, and many nukers are dual weapon so they require even more gold

Thanks for the responses, i've decided to go Glaive since it requires the least farming which I find extremly frustrating and boring :banghead:

I'm a glaiver and I'd go nuker pure or 90%.. but its your call

i wouldnt recommend pure int neither pure str, go hybrid int spear or hybrid int s/s

go pure intl s/s.

That way u can lvl fast, get to 4x ... "quickly" and start enjoying the finer side of the game. Since u are new PVP dominance wont be of a major concern to you.

I have a lv 54 glaive and a lv 47 pure int s/s and a lv 50 pure int s/s.
I loved the glaive more than the nuker, nukers level faster, nuking is awesome. But I got one hitted in pvp. That's just lame.

Nukers are much more gear and SP dependeant then glaives.
In the end, they pay off, though.

It's very possible to make a good Pure STR glavie without a lot of SP. As with a nuker you could not get weapon skills (not recommended) and use very little SP. Truly its up to you

believe me glaives on Athens costed a lot before.
they went double the price of sword

I got a 70 nuker with s/s. It's great for grinding but suks at pvp... so i would choose the glavier for sure (it's pretty good with both grinding and pvp)

I have a pure str blader and have never died to a glavie, you can try blader but they take a long time to lvl but are hard to kill but also its hard for you to kill stuff. I recently started a S/S Nuker and I reallyyyy like it. Especially when that Ice buff comes, tank like a str, blow up stuff like int.
