regarding sp tickit

Isn't the 100% SP tickit the same as the OLD Gold EXP tickit but then without the exp increase? SO they split up the tickits with other words

First you needed 130 silk for 100% exp and 100% sp
now you need 208 silk for exp 100% and sp 100%

Normal GT is still the same.
This just adds ANOTHER 100% to it.

So lemme get this straight if you get 100% sp tickit and premium gold tickit you get 200% sp increase?
