HELP!I dont want to loose my lvl 71 account!

today I tried to enter and I received this:

And I tried again, after 5 minute, after 10 minutes to log in.I tried in the last 3 hours to log in. All the time the same message.

I talked with my friends in-game. They all said I'm off-line.

I went to my friends house and I used their SRO client.I got the same message. :cry:

I dont know what to do.Maybe to wait the next server inspection, I really dont know.

I worked so hard 1 year to be lvl 71 and now all my work is possible gone :cry:

if you have any ideas pls help me ,you're my last hope

i know someone who has had this problem before after a few days it went away on its own and nothing was gone from the account also it said he was offline in my friends

Just reset your connection then try again. Reset meaning unplugging then plugging back your connection. It happens usually when you suddenly disconnected and other occasions.

That probably wont help.

This happened to an ex-guildie of mine. Your best bet is to wait till server inspection as all players will be disconnected from the server (including you hopefully). If its not fixed after that then TRY contacting JM.

I take it on that account wasn't just 1 character right?

Like I have on every account I made 3 chars .... Try pm'ing them .... common sense would suggest you already tried that tho .... Just play the everlasting waiting game with Joymax
