No its not a test server it was a tornament that was held some time last year GNGWC . They should do things like that more offten maybe not like GNGWC but more events =\ would make things more interesting =\

Not really a test server but it was a special server for the GNGWC event. If i'm not mistaken they were given some time before the event actually started to get their gears, make their build, etc but idk because i didn't enter the GNGWC tournament.
