Would it be a good idea to max out both the dagger and crossbow skills of a rogue? I heard that that's not a good idea, I don't see why not though.
Crossbow for general party fighting and when the target is running to you or away from you.
And dagger for blue giants, close range combat, and for showing off
Sooooo.... Thanks.

It would require a lot of SP and, looking at the fact that the gear depends on your masteries level instead of your char's level, i don't think it's a good idea. It would be good, though, to farm at a high level, with good equipment, and get both weapon skills.
A Warrior can have a lot of options if farm, can be 3 weild...

yea if you want
but in pvp it isnt a good idea
as in the guides, they explained that the euro builds are party builds and if you reveal yourself early in your battle while pvping, then youll die by nukers/bowers before you can get up close for dagger moves.

Sp isn't a problem. "Rogue" is it's own tree. There are both dagger and crossbow skills in there.
It will require no more skill mastery limit.
Also, Sp is definately not a problem in itself because magician has to max out EVERY skill, with the exception of lightning in some cases. Rogue should be the same case (aka, sp is no problem).

sp will be a problem because euro characters are hard to lvl after like lvl 11, as i heard.
and the pot time makes it impossible to lvl very quicky . so farming will be a pain in the ass. and gapping will seem to be talking forever

Well... i'm level 24 dual axes and i'm only training axe skills, i've even passed from some passives. And i'm already getting short of SP... so i think that, unless you make a 2-3 gap you won't be able to get much skills. 2-3 gap is not very big but i thinkk it could be for the clothes matter...

You will run out of sp before you max all of your rogue skills.... There are too many that you must constantly level up. It seems like you have plenty at low levels but none of the skills seem to max. You can always level them up....
Wizards may need to keep a small gap also....You get so many new things at one time and continue level up older passives and attacks...
If I'm not mistaken, I have 4x cleric friend who says he ran out of sp.
You won't need to do any major farming like the Chinese characters but a small gap at higher levels or whenever will help.

Don't say things if you're not sure that they're true. And if you do, post how sure you are about them. I played ksro on a euro char, and got to level 21 in two days, no tickets. Sp isn't a problem because dagger and crossbow skills are in the same mastery tree. You NEVER need to sp farm as a euro, because they give you enough sp for 1 tree, and you only need one tree. Sub trees are genererally a much lower level than your main (I had bard skill up to level 10 purely for speed buff (At least I think it was level 10...)) Ok, whatever. Sp isn't a problem for me.
I never had a problem with it, my level 54 constantly had a 4-6 gap.
I just want to know why some people say this isn't a good idea...

You don't need to farm.
You generally will chose 2 or three nukes to continue to level (Most people don't level light).
You can also pass up certain passives because they are unnecessary.

I been 0 gapping with my rogue and I'm currently very short on sp at level 39. My dagger skills are all maxed at my level I believe, but most of the crossbow skills I don't have or they are low 3x.
