It's just a special, and incredibly rare type of item. You'll see a little yellow message after the Level, and before the Blues, that says Seal of (blank).
There are three different types of Seals. Seal of Star, Seal of Moon, and Seal of Sun.
Approximately:
Seal of Star = +5
Seal of Moon = +10
Seal of Sun = +15.
Now, notice that I said approximately, so no flames.
Now, let's get back to the post. Don't want to derail it.

I think he was asking what kind of item it was, like, armor chest or glaive or whatever.
I could be wrong, I thought what you thought when I first read it, but then Lockheart changed my mind.

When Lock said that he didn't know, I thought he meant that he came back to SRO, and he forgot what a Seal of Sun was.
