Guys, I was wondering about something. What's stopping anyone one thief from going to Euro (Chinese thief) and pwning any Euro trader?

I mean, say a level 45 China thief comes to Euro, he or she is not restricted by the pot the delay, so it is me or we have a huge problem on our hands?

All Euros are restricted by the pot delay but Euro can travel to China and Chinese can travel to Euro. Chinese are not restricted to pot delays, at least I doubt they are since they are Chinese characters.

What's to stop a chinese hunter going to europe and kicking the chinese theif's ass? lol

Also, you forget europe has clerics, they can use their buff that constnatly gives the party hp, plus europe chars would work together to kick the 45 theif's ass if they wanted to. If all else fails cleric could use their desperation attack and rape the 45 chinese theif :)

Remember here, I am talking about a trader and only a trader.

Traders don't PT with non-traders. And by the time you find a good trader PT you would have lost a great deal of trader time. But even if you do find a trader PT, all the traders are restricted by the pot delay. So again, the question stands intact, what stops any one thief or group of China thieves from going to Euro and totally pwning Euro characters traders?

Of course, this is entirely based on speculations since I haven't created a China character in Europe, I have only created and played Euro characters. I have seen lots of China thieves in Europe but I am unable to know or see if they are restricted by the pot delay the moment they step into Europe. I do know that China characters playing in cSRO are no restricted by pot delays anywhere in China for sure.

Of course, you have to add into this problem power leveling cheats which will occur on a massive basis the moment Europe comes out. It's easy for any high level to take a Euro character with them into a exp sharing PT and move that Euro to high levels very very fast.

If I am right about the no-pot delay for Chinese characters and coupled with power training, we are in for some HUGE problems on SR in the weeks and months to come.

I'm understanding that you have no idea what you are talking about there.

At present time, I am playing Euro (cSRO), you can take anyone with you, say you are level 72 and get them trained super fast. It happened to me, I went with a level 72 and gained 4 levels in no time. So, before you speak be sure what you are referring to.

On the other hand, it might be possible that the penalties are not yet implemented but if they so happen to be activated, they are worthless.

We have another example of a noobie getting his rogue from level 1 to level 43 in no time.

My solutions for that would be pretty simple.

1. The moment you step into Europe land you are restricted by pot delay whether you are Europe or China.

2. You cannot, as China character, PT with a Euro character and vice and versa.

If i was dumb enough to trade a multistar with a low lvl european and a lv 45 chinese thief would kill me, i'd just get my chinese char and send my wolf to kill his weak little ass and pick up my trade again. :)

No, I didn't mean it like that. I meant that, a trader same level. If he or she was level 45 and the China thief would be level 45, the China thief would pwn in no time the trader, which ever build he or she plays because he or she is restricted by potion delay and not the China build.

I mean, I may not be clear enough here but I see a huge problem coming down on us quite fast.

Dude, one lvl 45 thief goes to euro, and runs into a PARTY of 45 traders....who you think will win? I don't think a euro trader would be stupid enough to do a trade run by himself. (But hey, iSRO is full of stupid people, you never know)

Wtf are you guys doing going left and right with extremes.

I am talking about normal play here. And yes, plenty of NORMAL traders do trade runs alone, you calling people who trade runs stupid is plenty offensive in my opinion.

Now with the SOS lame talk, totally beside the point again.

I'm talking here about a SIMPLE thing and who the hell said that I knew cSRO well? Where in the worlddid you read that I know it well? I said, and I was quite clear about that, that I wasn't TOO sure about whether or not they can bypass the pot delay.

They are plently of people who do trade runs by themselves, plenty of people because you just can't wait for ever for people to group up. Again, I'm talking about game play here, normal game play, I brought up a concern but obviously its going no where here so I brought the issue up directly with MD, I'll probably get a more serious response there.

Well where in the world did you think it would go? People here have no control over the development of the game, all we can give are our opinions, if you can't handle them, than don't start these kinds of topics...

Rofl I can already picture the response,
"Dear valued customer
All is being done toward controlling the bot problem. We in no way support botting. Your problem will be addressed. Thank you for your concern.

Ok, let me make sure I understand you - You are saying a single 45 Chinese thief goes to euro and runs across a SINGLE 45 trader? Well if that's the situation then I'm pretty sure the euro will lose if he doesn't kill the chinese before he gets to the euro.
But because the way euro works, it would make sense that a euro wouldnt do a traderun by himself for that reason, it's hard to survive without a team as euro. Now chinese doing trade runs by themselves, no problem because they are solo based.

Get what I'm talking about :?
