What's the point in even playing?

First of all, I'm new to this game. So I took a minute to think, and what's the point of playing? You got all these bots that breeze through the levels, while you have to sit there grinding away.

*in need of some inspiration/motivation/positive reinforcement*

when you level you feel happy that you accomplished it.

find urself an active bot free guild, keeps grinding bareable...till u get to 64+, than it just bad, but at least you can start to do other things in game like kill uniques, trade, hunt etc.

a GT or PGT is a must, you will be looking at like 2 years+ for a fully farmed lvl 80 character without one

The point of the game is to be a high level. There's no story behind it, even though there are quests.

I would say a great guild/union helps motivate you to play the game as well as the other fun things you can do in game.

If u have lot of rl friends playin and good guildies....its fun....cuz we jus gang bang sosun botter....otherwise its still good until u hit lvl 36 then its a drag and when u hit cap....botter owns ur asss.......how that sound lol

just play and if you complain about bots
just think about what pain the lvl 50+ are feeling.

Mind the poor community or the Bad Joymax support, or even the Game issues that dont meet ur satisfaction.

You play for

1. Boredom (Or too much spare time)

2. Community (Or you build up your own)

and 3. theres probably some more reasons.

you want inspiration

well when ever i feel like quiting sro for good i go to youtube

and for about a week watch SRO videos that inspire me to keep going

my personal favs Best SRO movie

um the videos that thieve embodiment makes those videos are hardcore

oh and last sro demo by wint watch those mothly and you should be able to keep going

if that doesnt inspire you well then try another game, or MAKE your rl friends play!
