You can do quests that are like 10 lvls higher than you and even turn them in even though they are red. Found that out in csro.works for chinese and euro. Have fun doing quests instead of grinding non stop.

OMG I just found something out. you have to do 19 of the euro quests before you can do the 49 mujigi quest and I'm 48 I should have lvled before the update.

Wait, as a Chinese character, you need to do the euro quests before picking up the mujigi quest? Did I misread that?

you have to do the sieren capture quest and in order to do that you have to do 18 other quests consecutively.

But why would a Chinese character be required to do European quests?

not sure, but's it stupid cause know i miss out on a chunk of Xp unless i go do 17 euro quests,

Go here and look at the enabling for the mujigi quest

And count the quests you have to do untill you can do the sieren quests

Also don't forget the new mob capture quest.

Some/most of those are really low level european quests. They should be easy to do, but probably won't give much of a reward. Almost a waste of time except that it enables the mujigi quest, which I was hoping to do once I got done questing the spiders south of hotan.

I guess I should tour constantinople and pick up every quest I can find....
