Should I reroll? or just do edit skill quest?

ok so so far I have a lvl 29 2 handed warrior. I want to become a Sword/Shield warrior. I have about 850 sp saved up right now, and I am wondering if it is smart for me to go and do the edit skill quest to remove my skills (i would need about 12-15 of them) to get rid of all my 2 handed sword skill. What I am asking is how much it would cost me in gold, and would it be worth it or should I just reroll a new character? Also, how hard is it to make one of those skill editing pots?

only problem is i really like my character's name

it cost 10 curest hearts to make a skill edit potion u just take it to the dde and he makes it i think u should just stay with 2 hander anyway...
