can NPC thiefs use nukes?

title says all, because i might get to level 30 to get nukes and then do ALOT of 1 star trades. its just if theifs can nuke me in screwed. iu know they can imbue but thats all ive seen them use. any help please?
i just need a yes or no really

i try that in euro trad...they nukes

chinese npc thieves will only slap you with spear/sword or shoots at you with a bow...they have the imbues sometimes..

euro thieves uses skills (so nukes for wizard npc thief or KB cbow skill if you get a cbow npc thief)

doesnt matter...AFAIK if you trade in europe... you get europe npc thieves...trade in orginal chinese areas (so hotan/dw/jg etc) you get chinese thieves

AFAIK...no

and if you use s/s and got a bit descent gear the euro thieves (the wizard) wont even nuke you for that much

i died by npc nukes and so did other players
cause high lvl thiefs were being an @ss

Thieves spawn hunters

Euro NPC spawn is crazy was helping a mate do a 5* euro trade with my Euro char and it spawned upto 12thieves at a time Warlocks Wizards Rogues and 2h Sword and Axes all over the place XD

yeah it sucks when the only thieves spawn are wizards and they do the earth magic skill >_< its insane but it kills normal players around and thats funny hahha sometimes i just do a trade near noobies and theyre all amazed at all the thiefs ... then they die cause a wizard popped up and did earth magic ahha trade runs <3
